It is crucial for customers to understand that our terms and conditions are specifically designed to maintain affordable prices within predetermined limits for all bookings.

5. Before purchasing any service, it is crucial that you thoroughly read and comprehend all the information provided by each service provider, including their terms and conditions. If you have any doubts or inquiries regarding the offered service(s), it is essential to address them before making a commitment to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings.
6. In the event that specific terms are considered unenforceable, it is important to note that the entire contract will not be rendered unenforceable.
7. This contract is governed by English Law.
8. The website retains the right to modify these terms. However, once you have made a booking, the terms applicable are those present on the website at the time of booking. Nevertheless, please do not assume that the terms that were in place during a previous booking will remain the same for your next booking. It is strongly advised to review these terms again before booking to ensure your acceptance of the current terms.

Bookings And Services
1. Once bookings are made through the website, they will be considered confirmed when an email is sent to the provided email address containing the booking reference number.
2. Reservations made via telephone or online chat will be considered confirmed once the operator provides a booking reference number.
3. All bookings are subject to availability, and "AVA Parking" reserves the right to decline or be unable to fulfil a booking. A booking does not guarantee a spot, and "AVA Parking" may cancel a reservation if the service provider is unable to accommodate it. In such cases, a refund will be provided; however, "AVA Parking" disclaims liability for any consequential losses arising from the cancellation, including but not limited to loss of profit, additional costs, enjoyment, revenue, or earnings. It is advisable for customers to have adequate travel insurance in place to cover such potential losses.
4. All Bookings Are Non-Transferable
5. If, for any reason, you haven't received your booking confirmation, it is crucial to contact us immediately to prevent any no-show or cancellation charges.
6. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided accurate contact details and read the directions to your car park or the full arrival instructions for meet and greet services.
7. By booking one of our mystery or saver products, you can enjoy an excellent product at a reduced rate compared to the regular price. However, we won't be able to disclose the specific car park until after you have made the purchase. We will make every effort to inform you of any factors that might render the mystery/saver product unsuitable. Still, you should understand that the mystery product may not perfectly match your requirements. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible if it turns out to be unsuitable for your needs.
8. Occasionally, "AVA Parking" may need to make adjustments to your booking after it has been confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. If the revised arrangements are not suitable for you, we will provide a full refund as an alternative.
9. As a standard policy for insurance and security reasons, service providers generally do not permit the use of dash cams or trackers while your vehicle is in their care. If your vehicle is equipped with such devices, it is essential to inquire with the service provider before making a booking. Failure to notify the service provider may result in them refusing service or disabling these devices during the service period.
10. Service providers may have multiple compounds, and not all compounds will have the same or full security measures. They may occasionally move vehicles to different compounds for operational and security reasons, especially during busy periods.
11. To facilitate the verification of your booking, it is imperative that you print and take your booking confirmation email with you when you travel. This will allow the service provider to confirm your reservation accurately.
Prices And Payments
1. All prices for Pre-Booking are quoted in GBP.
2. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
3. Payments for bookings made via our website or telephone must be made using card payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.
4. If a card payment is declined, "AVA Parking" and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfil the services on your booking.
5. Service providers may charge additional fees to cover any extras, including terminal parking charges, delays, and larger vehicles. Please refer to your booking confirmation for any additional surcharges. These charges are imposed independently by the service provider/car parking company and do not relate to our advertised prices.
6. "AVA Parking" acts as booking agents and can only display gross payments; we are unable to issue a VAT receipt. As per HMRC VAT receipt guidelines, a full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator providing the required service.

Amendments And Cancellations
1. Please send all change or cancellation requests in writing to info@avaparking.com, or call us (number on our website). Please include your booking reference number.
2. Bookings made within 72 hours of your drop-off date are not eligible for refunds.
3. You can cancel up to 72 hours before drop-off. A £25 admin fee will apply. Please be aware once you have entered the 72-hour period, you are not eligible for a refund.
4. To change your pick-up date after you've already dropped off your vehicle, please contact the service provider directly.
5. If you pick up your vehicle early, you're still responsible for the full cost of the original booking.
6. We can only process cancellation/change requests during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
7. Once a cancellation or change is confirmed, it cannot be undone.
8. Refunds will be credited back to the card you used when booking and can take up to 7–10 working days.
9. For cancellations and amendments, the service is considered to have started at midnight the day before your scheduled drop-off. Therefore, no refund will be issued for the booking, but changes can be made to the vehicle details.
10. Please be aware that customers who do not turn up on the day of their booking will be charged the full price of the booking, and refunds cannot be issued.
AVA Parking” Liability
1. This website provides quotations by searching all available service providers in our system. When you make a booking, you are also acknowledging that you have read and accepted the specific company's terms and conditions. While this website assists you in making a booking, your service delivery contract will be with your chosen service provider and not with "AVA Parking."
2. "AVA Parking" acts solely as booking agents for the service providers and is only liable to the customer for losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing the booking.
3. Any claims related to the delivery of car parking services, including loss and damages, must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions. A copy of which can be provided by the respective service provider.
4. "AVA Parking" is not responsible in any way once the vehicle has been handed over to or returned by the operator or while in the care of the operator or service provider.
5. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, and no valuables should be kept in the vehicle. "AVA Parking" offers no warranty or indemnity regarding the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles. Vehicle owners are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilized to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with the service provider and was not directly the fault of the service provider.
6. The total liability of "AVA Parking" to the client for all applicable claims arising from the use of this website and booking process is limited to the cost of the client's booking, including both parking and booking fees paid to www.avaparking.com, as per the contract. "AVA Parking" accepts no liability for any consequential loss or losses arising, including but not exclusively, any loss of profit, additional costs, enjoyment, revenue, or earnings. Customers should ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover such losses.
7. The website aims to provide customers with as much information about available offers as possible before they make a booking. All product-specific information is provided by service providers. Therefore, the website cannot always keep track of changes to how they run. If the website becomes aware of anything that is not completely accurate in its information, it will rectify the information as soon as possible.
Complaints Process
1. As a booking agent for the service provider, "AVA Parking" is liable to the customer solely for losses directly arising from any negligence of the company in processing a booking. Please note that "AVA Parking" staff does not pick up, store, and deliver customer vehicles. Any claims by the customer regarding the delivery of car parking services must be directed to the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions.
2. For any complaints related to the quality of the car parking service provided, please make them in writing to the service providers as soon as possible, and send a copy to "AVA Parking." It is essential to raise complaints with as much detail as possible, including any relevant paperwork and photographs.
3. If you have any complaints regarding the booking process, please send them to "AVA Parking" via info@avaparking.com.
Liabilities & Other Terms
"AVA Parking" shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle, including tires, trims, wheels, alloy wheels, windshields, mechanical and structural failures. Additionally, "AVA Parking" will not be held responsible for any mechanical faults in the vehicle. If your vehicle exhibits rust or significant paint wear on the surface, "AVA Parking" will not accept any liability. Furthermore, if your vehicle is stopped by the police or other enforcement agency due to customer neglect, "AVA Parking" will not be liable, and the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred as a result, including any charges imposed by the service provider due to customer neglect. All claims for damage should be reported before leaving the airport, while your vehicle remains under our care and control. Ensure you check your vehicle before leaving the airport and report any damage details to the driver. No claims for damage or service will be accepted once you have received the vehicle from the car park driver and left the airport terminal. All complaints must be made within 5 days of receiving the vehicle back upon the customer's arrival date at the airport. Failure to report any damage or claim within this timeframe will result in "AVA Parking" and the service provider refusing liability, and no refund or compensation will be provided. If you discover any damage or condition not previously noted before handing the vehicle to the service provider, you must record this claim on the sign-off sheet with your signature and date, and also take clear pictures of the car's damage/condition, providing clear evidence of the terminal and car registration in the picture. Failure to meet these requirements may result in "AVA Parking" and the service provider refusing liability for any damage or claim. The company reserves the right to repair any damages caused. If any of these terms are found to be partially or wholly illegal or unreasonable, they shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which will continue. These terms are governed by English laws and subject to English court jurisdiction. Your vehicle must be taxed and comply with the Road Traffic Act. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities, and consequential loss we incur from a failure to comply. "AVA Parking" and the service provider reserve the right to refuse your vehicle on the day, and no refund will be given. "AVA Parking" and the service providers accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs, and instructions to start your vehicle, and any consequential losses we incur as a result of your failure to do so will be payable in full by you. In the event of a vehicle not starting while in the possession of a service provider, a vehicle acquiring a puncture, or experiencing a mechanical failure or any other issue that prevents the service provider from being able to return the vehicle to the customer, "AVA Parking" and the service provider reserve the right to charge a fee for any time and/or costs incurred to get the vehicle returned. If the service provider has to pick you up from a terminal building (where this service isn't included in the rate) due to a mechanical failure of your vehicle, "AVA Parking" and the service provider reserve the right to apply an additional charge for any associated costs incurred. Customers are required to take a spare set of car keys with them on the drop-off date. The spare set of keys is required to be retained by the customer for the duration that the vehicle is parked with the service providers. During certain peak/busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in an off-site compound, which could be up to 20 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. In the event that your vehicle needs to be repaired as a result of the service provider's negligence, repair work must be carried out by a "AVA Parking" and service providers approved organization. Vehicle delivery and collection arrangements and costs are the responsibility of you. Authorization for any works to be carried out by dealerships will not be granted, even in the event of the vehicle forgoing its warranty. No vehicles will be covered for theft, fire, flood damage (or any other intervening act of nature) while the vehicle is in the custody of "AVA Parking" or the service providers. The service provider will endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 60 minutes of calling, depending on traffic and weather conditions, etc. "AVA Parking" and the service provider will not be liable for any minor scratches or dents which may not be possible to identify, which may be in confined areas and in certain weather conditions. "AVA Parking" and the service providers will not be responsible for any chips or broken glass to the vehicle under any circumstances. "AVA Parking" and the service providers will not be responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle. All valuable items must be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off. "AVA Parking" and the service providers will not be responsible for any discoloration of paintwork, dents, or scratches that may become visible after a car wash/valet or after severe weather conditions.
Right To Use Vehicle
"AVA Parking" and service providers, or their representatives, retain the right to move any vehicle within or outside the car park as deemed necessary and sufficient for the efficient management of our parking facilities, including maintenance of the car park. Additionally, we may do so for security and/or the safety of airport users. While we will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any temporary closure of a designated parking space, please be aware that it might not always be possible. Vehicles parked outside designated spaces may be towed away without notice, and any recovery costs will be charged to you. If you arrive later or earlier than your scheduled time of arrival by 4 hours, you will incur a parking charge of £20 payable to "AVA Parking" and service providers or their representatives. This parking charge must be paid upon the delivery of your vehicle and can be paid in cash or by debit/credit card. For each additional day you are late, there will be an extra £20 parking charge payable to "AVA Parking" and service providers or their representatives. If you arrive earlier than the designated time, there will be a one-off charge of £20. Sufficient time will be required to return the vehicle to you, and the time for return will depend on the availability of the drivers or staff.
