How do I book?
Go to the “Make a Booking” page. Choose your departure location and input the
dates/times for your drop-off and return date. Press Search - this will bring up
deals from the service providers which have availability.
Once you are happy with a deal press ‘Book now’ and follow the payment instructions
How do I amend an existing booking?
For amendments to existing bookings please email info@avaparking.com
Can I cancel my booking? And will I receive a refund?
We require a 72 hour notice for refunds. All refunds and cancellations are subject
to an Administration Fee
How do I find the Car Park address for my booking?
An email confirmation will be sent to your email address with all the booking
details including departure/return instructions. Please check your inbox and junk
mail.

What facilities are there for disabled passengers?
Some services may not be suitable for disabled customers such as Park and Walk.
Most of our service providers accommodate for disabled customers via services such
as Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet.

Are there any height or length restrictions on vehicles?
Yes, most service providers only allow vehicles 1.9m high and 5m long or under. Not
to worry most standard cars meet these specifications.
Please remove roof-boxes which exceed the height limit. No trailers are accepted.
